During my consultations with my clients, I realized I wanted to transfer my passion and determination from the insurance industry to the real estate industry.

 

My name is Dion Nichols-LeGrand. I am originally from New Jersey. In 2015, I relocated with my wife to the Roanoke Valley. In 2018, we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world. In the same year, we became first-time homeowners. I planted my roots in the Insurance Industry. While successfully assisting my clients with their financial and personal goals, I realized an additional asset of home ownership was overlooked in my clients' portfolios. 

 

During my consultations with my clients, I realized I wanted to transfer my passion and determination from the insurance industry to the real estate industry. I want to show that homeownership is accessible to the community that may have various financial levels and provide guidance through the purchasing or selling process of real estate.

 

Outside of contributing to clients' needs, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My family and I enjoy attending amusement theme parks, family road trips, and ice cream trips. During my personal time, I enjoy watching professional football, reading stock investment material, attending comedy shows, and concerts. With this new opportunity, I am excited to be able to utilize my ability to effectively contribute to the lives of others by providing an influential perspective on the overall advantages of real estate.
