For the past 10 years, I have been immersed in real estate in a variety of ways, from interiors, remodeling, and new construction, to working in-depth in contracts and negotiating, as well as serving as a marketing specialist for other top-producing NAR Members and small businesses. Understanding the goals and needs of sellers, I focus on both the functional and aesthetic sides of marketing a home. Simple but effective staging services are a bonus I offer to my own sellers, free of charge.

 

I work diligently in creating the best listing presentation possible, from professional photos to a polished online presence. The objective is always to get the most money possible for the property. For my buyers, an enormous amount of time and energy is spent in locating homes that reflect their priorities. I apply my knowledge of design and construction as an advantage in discerning between various homes.

 

My aim at every showing is to help clients imagine potential and to picture their own style in a new space. Those considering a new construction home can feel secure that I will guide and protect them, while simplifying a complicated building process. While I enjoy the fast-paced world of real estate, I am really a small-town farm girl at heart.
