Evie’s Bistro & Bakery’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

We reached out to our friends at Evie’s Bistro & Bakery to create these delicious ready-to-prepare cookies. We hope you love baking these as much as we loved creating them. Happy nesting!

 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Flour
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Light brown sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • ¾ cup softened butter
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Get a large bowl and add in your softened butter, egg, and vanilla.
  • Mix together until well combined.
  • Next, grab your cookie jar.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the large bowl.
  • Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Cover your mixture with plastic wrap and chill for 5 minutes.
  • Spoon out tablespoon sized balls of dough onto an un-greased baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between them.
  • Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until a deep golden brown.
  • Let cookies cool slightly before transferring to a cooling rack.
  • Enjoy!
