Welcome to the City of Roanoke - Southwest

Also known as "Grandin Village," Southwest City was developed in the 1920s and 1930s, and much of the housing stock retains its original charm. One of the most sought-after areas in the greater Roanoke area, buyers love the location, the history, and the mix of old and new shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Key Features

Local Love: Buyers are drawn to Southwest City in large part because of the local shopping, dining, and activity options peppered throughout the area. The Green Goat

Take a stroll on the Roanoke Greenway with your four legged family members, then head over to the dog-friendly Green Goat for a drink and bite to eat on the patio. Check out Facebook to see if any live music is happening on the day of your visit.
